An application fee of £30 per named person on the lease.
A deposit equal to one months rent (except in circumstances when double deposit is required).
You may make the payment by BACS transfer or pay in cash at the office.
Full name and email address is required for each applicant.
Once we receive the payment we will send a link to each applicant to complete an online Credit Check with Letsure. They will then contact your employer and previous Landlord for a reference.
We require a copy of photographic ID (licence or passport) for each applicant and two recent payslips.
You must also provide proof of previous address such as an electric bill/ gas bill/ letter from HMRC or bank.
You must provide a Guarantor each or if one is used they must be aware that they are responsible for the full rent if you default.
Your Guarantor(s) must provide: A copy of ID (licence or passport).
Provide a certificate of ownership or rates bill in their name (The Guarantor must be a homeowner).
To limit fraud, original documents must be brought to the Oakmore Office and copies will be made.
All parties including Guarantors must sign the lease and any other relevant paperwork for the rental.
References, first months rent and all documentation must be received before keys will be supplied.
